Quick, easy, and inexpensive soup with what you have on-hand at home.
- 2 tsp of Better than Bouillon (can educe amount to lower sodium)
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- dash of pepper (no salt)
- 1 egg
In a pan, combine all ingredients except egg. Bouillon should be completely mixed in to make broth. Cook over medium heat. Beat one egg with a fork in a small bowl. Once broth is just starting to reach a light boil, slowly stir in the beaten egg with a fork. The egg will cook quickly and make noodles like in the soup. Cook for one additional minute. Enjoy.
