A recent report released by the American Lung Association states that Iowan's are above the national average for being diagnosed with lung cancer. The Great American Smokeout is November 21. There has never been a better time to quit smoking or tobacco use. UNI employee well-being provides nurse health coaching to assist with quitting. An additional flu vaccination clinic has been added to provide faculty and staff one additional opportunity to receive a flu vaccine on-campus. The clinic will take place on November 19, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Student Health Center. The Annual Employee Benefits and Well-being Fair, hosted by Human Resource Services, will take place on October 17. Visit over 50 vendors from campus, the Cedar Valley, and across the state from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Maucker Union Ballroom.
