Performance Appraisal Training for Supervisors will be offered on March 8th, March 27th and April 4th. Participants will learn how to approach and follow through with the performance appraisal and the entire performance management process. The training will focus on performance appraisals for P&S and Merit staff but Student Employment staff will be present to provide a short overview related to evaluating student employees. UNI Employee Well-being will be hosting a freezer meal prep class led by UNI’s Administrative Dietitian Lisa Krausman and Food Service Supervisor Juli Strasser. In this food demonstration participants will be assisted in creating eight different healthy freezer meals. This is a great opportunity to learn new and easy recipes while stocking up on healthy meals for the weeks ahead. This demonstration will be held on March 6 from 5:15-6:30 p.m. in the Maucker Union Catering Kitchens. The cost of this presentation is $60, and covers the entire cost of participation (food, supplies, etc.).
