My Well-being: Questions on Mental Health? "Ask the doctor!"

Human Resource Services will host a one hour question and answer session on mental health. Leslie Cohen, with NAMI, and Dr. Ann Rathe, a local psychiatrist, will provide some information on mental health support in our area, and discuss strategies for intervention. This presentation will take place on April 24 at 10 a.m. in the State College Room MAU. Please register in advance.

Health Insurance can be easy if you utilize the tools that are provided. Wellmark has several tools designed to help you make informed decisions when it comes to UNI’s self-insured health plans. Wellmark provides the MyWellmark platform to bring many paper documents to your desktop, smartphones and tablets. Within MyWellmark you will find the option to elect electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), the Wellmark CareFinder, and the Check Drug Cost Tool.
