EAP Special Topical Webinar

EAP is offering a topical webinar on January 28, from 2:00-3:00 p.m.  It will focus on how those who have fallen off the wellness wagon can get back on track. This presentation will explore the multiple dimensions of well-being and lead you to the beginning of a journey where you seek (and eventually find) your life purpose.  Registration is required.  

CDC Reports Increase in Flu Activity

Recent reporting from the CDC noted that flu activity continues to expand. With the start of the spring semester now is a good time to remind the campus community of good prevention tips in an effort to minimize the spread of the flu. Display PDF files in Adobe® Reader® Instead of Web Browser

Adobe® Reader® takes full advantage of all of the features added into each PDF form distributed by Human Resource Services. The built-in PDF viewers in the Chrome® web browser and Mozilla Firefox® are convenient, however, they do not offer all of the features found in Adobe® Reader®. If you would like to use all of the features found in HRS forms, please access the Display PDF support article for step-by-step instructions on how to change the display behavior of PDF files.

CDC Study:1 in 12 Americans Struggles with Depression

The CDC reports that nearly 1 in 12 Americans struggles with depression and only a third of those who are considered severely depressed actually seek help.
