Whether you are at a family gathering, tailgating before the big game, or joining colleagues for happy hour, alcohol is often the beverage that brings people together. During the pandemic, drinking rates increased and having a drink (or several) became an even more normalized remedy to lessen boredom and reduce stress. EFR Prevention Specialist Penny Seidenkranz will explore binge drinking and heavy drinking, reveal the effects alcohol has on the mind and body, share ideas on how to approach conversations around responsible drinking, and provide resources to assist individuals wanting to help themselves or a loved one. This session will be offered Tuesday, August 8 at 10 a.m. Click here to register for this EAP webinar.
