My Well-being: Food & Mood

Do you understand the difference between eating out of necessity versus convenience and habit? Human Resource Services will host a one hour session, presented by EAP, that will help you reflect on current eating habits, learn ways to track mood and food, and identify the difference between hungry, boredom, and stress eating. All faculty and staff are welcome to attend. This session will be held June 7, at noon, in the ScholarSpace LIB. Please register in advance.
