My Well-being: Mindfulness Matters

Human Resource Services will host an hour long informational session on the practice of mindfulness. Being mindful and paying attention to the choices you make, how you feel physically and emotionally, and how you respond to stress is key to maintaining optimal health. Discover ways to use mindfulness in everyday situations and encounters. Johanna Dunlevy, with Employee and Family Resources, will lead the session: September 27 at 2 p.m. in the ScholarSpace LIB.
