Hot Chocolate

Recipe Summary

Warm and comforting hot chocolate. 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup skim milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
  •  2 Tbsp. of splenda (or equivalent of stevia)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. Add first three ingredients in a small saucepan, whisk together, and heat on low. 
  2. Slowly add vanilla while continuing to whisk. 
  3. Whisk in dash of cinnamon if desired. 
  4. Pour in mug.
  5. Top with fat free reddi-wip if desired (add additional point value)
  6. Enjoy!
