Award (AWD & AWD-CHG) PAF

Description

Award (AWD) PAFs are to be used for award programs where an employee has been nominated and selected to receive an award that includes a monetary payment such as various faculty teaching and research award programs, Beverly Funk Barnes awards, and Regents Staff Excellence awards. Award Change (AWD-CHG) PAFs are to be used when the pay or labor distribution of the original AWD PAF needs to be corrected. Payments pursuant to staff exceptional performance programs, faculty post-tenure awards, and P&S Contract appointment bonuses should be processed using the Bonus Pay (BNP) PAF.

The PAF Preparer should submit the PAF as soon as they become aware of the change.
