Description

The History tab will display all changes made to the PAF after it is no longer in "Working" status. PAF Collaborators (e.g., Dean's Assistants, Graduate College, and th eHRS Employment team) are able to edit the PAF at their workflow approval level. The PAF Change History report will display a running audit, and will include: person who modified the PAF, date, time, old value, and new value. In addition, the PAF Preparer and anyone who has approved the PAF will receive an email with the same information.
