Description

The System Access feature replaces the need to use the Request Early Account Set-Up (JW14) transaction. In addition, you do NOT need to submit the PAF into workflow, rather check the desired boxes and then click the Submit Request for Early Access button. Incorporating the access within the PAF System allows departments to request early access to systems.

Only Faculty positions can request building access prior to their start date.

The Instructor/Advisor Set-Up Request Form is used by departmental schedulers to request set-up of new faculty and/or advisors under a specific Academic Organization. If the employee's NEW PAF is not in COMPLETED status, the departmental scheduler can only assign them to a course. The new employee will not be able to view the class roster until their NEW PAF has been completed.
