This recipe is quick and easy. ALWAYS scan the refried beans in the weight watchers app. ( different brands different points). I use rotisserie chicken, and freeze when there's leftover chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 32oz box chicken broth ( i was swansons reduced sodium)
- 1 15 oz refried beans
- 1 28 oz canned rotel
- chicken (cooked and cut into bite size pieces) ( i use rotisserie checken)
- Shedded cheddar cheese (optional)
- tortilla chips cruched up (optional)
Cooking Directions
1. pour chicken broth into a medium size pot.
2. add refried beans to the chicken broth. Stir until beans have "dissolved" in the broth.
3. add rotel, and mix
4.cut up chicken, and add to the broth. Stir.
5 put on burner, medium heat. Heat until temp is 165.
