  • 4 tablespoons Franks Buffalo Chicken sauce
  • Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Buns(5)

Cooking Directions

  1. Brown and drain chicken(if needed)
  2. Add Buffalo sauce
  3. Serve on whole wheat bun.

Sides of celery and lettuce goes well.

If you are missing the ranch, mix 1 cup fage no fat yogurt(0 points) with 3 tbl dried hidden valley ranch mix. 3 points for the whole cup
