Recipe Summary
Supper yummy! Super easy! Reminds me of a casserole w/noodles without the added noodle points!! It's so low in points you could totally replace some or all of the fat free cheese with regular!!!
Ingredients
- 2 cups skinless boneless chicken breast - cooked (I used a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken breast)
- 1 1/4 cup Kraft Natural Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 10 oz baby broccoli (thawed)
- 10 oz Riced Cauliflower (thawed)
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
Cooking Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Microwave/thaw rice and broccoli
- Combine all ingredients
- Pour into 9x13
- Bake uncovered 30 min.
- ENJOY!!
