Recipe Summary
Yummy bacon appetizer for holidays or special occasions. Only 1 free style point for 3 bites. If using a sauce you will want to count the points of dipping sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
1.25 lbs (3) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch chunks (about 30 pieces)
10 slices center cut bacon, cut into thirds
Sauce for dipping: Could use BBQ, or Asian sauces
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven, convection oven, or air fryer to 400 degrees
- Wrap a third of a piece of bacon around a one inch chunk of chicken. Secure with a toothpick.
- Place all bites on a cookie sheet or air fryer tray. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until bacon is browned and chicken is center temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Blot on paper towel and serve.
