Quick Veggie Side Dish
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Asparagus
- Spray Olive Oil or 1 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Any other additional seasonings you may like (garlic powder, onion powder, etc...)
Cooking Directions
- Wash and trim asparagus at breaking point
- spray or toss with olive oil in a bowl.
- Salt, pepper, season
- Place in 400 degree oven for 12-15 mins on a tray or air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 mins.
- Asparagus should be tender but not mushy.
