Quick Veggie Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of Asparagus
  • Spray Olive Oil or 1 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Any other additional seasonings you may like (garlic powder, onion powder, etc...)

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash and trim asparagus at breaking point
  2. spray or toss with olive oil in a bowl. 
  3. Salt, pepper, season
  4. Place in 400 degree oven for 12-15 mins on a tray or air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 mins. 
  5. Asparagus should be tender but not mushy.
