All UNI Faculty and Staff are eligible to receive the Panther First Award. The Panther First Award identifies and rewards employees who have provided excellent customer service to customers, co-workers, or other members of the UNI community. Award submissions are subject to review and recipients are given a certificate signed by the UNI President.
Any UNI student, faculty, or staff can nominate an employee for a Panther First Award by completing a brief online nomination form which is submitted to Human Resource Services (HRS).
HRS will send a letter and certificate of recognition to the employee being given the award. The employee's supervisor will be sent a copy of the letter notifying them of the award.
