Service and Volunteer Opportunities
Administered By Human Resource Services
Giving back to the community through service and volunteering is a part of the culture of UNI. There are many ways both on-campus and in the community to offer service and to give back through volunteering. This helps us stay connected and strengthens our purpose. This page provides some resources to assist with getting started. How do you give back?
UNI United Way
Each fall UNI campaigns for giving back to the community through support of the Cedar Valley United Way. To learn more on this year's campaign and how to give, visit the UNI United Way webpage.
Panther Pantry
Food insecurity is a growing concern for students across the nation. In an effort to assist students here at UNI and ensure that all panthers have access to basic necessities, the pantry was established in the spring of 2018. To learn more on how to give, donate, or volunteer visit the Panther Pantry webpage.
Student Service Organizations
Numerous student organizations exist to assist students and the campus community. To learn more and get involved, visit the Find Your Involvement section of the Student Life webpage.
