If the labor distribution (LD) Fund account code equals 9404, 9405, 9407 or 9433, the preparer will be prompted to complete the FNDN tab (i.e., Foundation account information). The actual fringe benefit dollar amount the department is asking the Foundation to fund should be typed in the Fringe Benefit Amount field. This field is optional.
