Description
The Next Evaluation Date is for only Merit employees and represents when their next performance evaluation should take place. This field will be completed by the HRS Employment team (hrs-employment@uni.edu).
GUIDELINES
Merit Positions
- For new employees the Next Evaluation Date will be six (6) months from the employment date. After the first evaluation it will be extended for another 12 months.
- For employees in Housing & Dining, evaluations takes place annually in March.
- For employees in Utilities & Power Plant, evaluations take place annually in September.
- For trainees, evaluations take place every six (6) months.
