Challenge Details
Dates: Now - December 31
Goal: Complete all preventive visits for yourself and covered dependents.
How to Participate: Schedule your appointments and complete your preventive visits by December 31. No registration or tracking is required!
Prize: A prize will be drawn for each preventive exam category.
Winner Announcement: Prize winners will be drawn and notified by email in February.
Wellmark and Delta Dental will verify completed visits, and eligible employees will be automatically entered into a drawing of multiple prizes. Don’t forget, the challenge includes eligible dependents covered on your UNI health and/or dental plans as well. Make preventive care a priority for your family and take advantage of the benefits available to you!
