Delta Dental has partnered with Amplifon to provide hearing discounts to all employees, and their dependents, who are enrolled in UNI's Delta Dental insurance plan.

Eligibility
Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield's Blue365® offers health and wellness discounts, including hearing services, to those enrolled in a Wellmark UNI Health Insurance Plan. Some deals will give you a coupon code instantly on the Blue365® site.

Eligibility
