Eligibility
Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield's Blue365® offers health and wellness discounts, including hearing services, to those enrolled in a Wellmark UNI Health Insurance Plan. Some deals will give you a coupon code instantly on the Blue365® site.

Eligibility
All non-temporary employees who are enrolled in life or long term disability insurance, and/or voluntary term life group coverage provided by Principal Life Insurance Company. Dependents and beneficiaries are also eligible to utilize the below discounts and services.

Through American Hearing Benefits, Inc. (AHB), you, your spouse, children, parents and grandparents can receive free annual hearing screenings.
