Program Offerings
WeightWatchers
WeightWatchers is available at no cost to all benefit-eligible employees! Their mission is to inspire healthy habits that fit real life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, eat healthier, move more, build a positive mindset—or all of the above—WeightWatchers offers the tools and support to help you succeed.
Weekly Campus Walk
Faculty and staff, join your colleagues by walking your way to a healthier you on a weekly campus walk. Promote your physical and mental health by adding up to 2,000 steps into your day, and connect with others across campus. Meet us at the West Gym Lot every Friday (March - November) at noon!
Confidential Biometric Screenings
All benefit eligible employees (including ACA eligible) are encouraged to participate in one (1) free confidential biometric screening per academic year. If you would like to participate in more than one a year, the cost is $50 for each additional screening.
One Ingredient, Four Ways
Join UNI’s very own Stacey Runde and Lisa Smith for a fun and informative workshop. Over the coming year, Stacey and Lisa will lead a flavorful journey through four seasonal programs, each spotlighting a single ingredient and demonstrating four creative, delicious ways to use it - as well as providing general information about eating healthy.
Life Coaching
UNI’s EAP provides free, virtual Life Coaching sessions to employees looking for personal and professional growth. By addressing various aspects of life, including stress management, and work-life balance, life coaching ensures well-rounded development.
Wellmark Connect
Wellmark Connect is a personalized digital platform that delivers health content, podcasts, videos, habit-tracking tools and more.
