For the first time in history four generations co-exist in the workplace. Human Resource Services will host a two hour session, presented by EAP, that will help us understand the factors and historical period experiences between these generations. All faculty and staff are welcome to attend. This session will be held on May 11 at 10 a.m. in the State College Room MAU. Please register in advance.
UNI Employee Well-being will be hosting a freezer meal prep class led by UNI’s Administrative Dietitian Lisa Smith and Food Service Supervisor Juli Strasser. In this food demonstration participants will be assisted in creating eight different healthy freezer meals. This is a great opportunity to learn new and easy recipes while stocking up on healthy meals for the weeks ahead. This demonstration will be held on March 6 from 5:15-6:30 p.m. in the Maucker Union Catering Kitchens. The cost of this presentation is $60, and covers the entire cost of participation (food, supplies, etc.).

Human Resource Services will host a one hour session on the different lifestyle changes you can make to increase your heart health. The fall semester is underway and flu season is just around the corner. The CDC recommends all adults receive an annual flu vaccine. Plan to attend one of the upcoming flu clinics, and reduce your risk of the flu/flu related complications. Stay well!
