Human Resource Services is offering a training session on leave requests under the Family and Medical Leave Act for UNI employees and supervisors to attend. The training session will be offered on Wednesday, September 28, from 3-4 p.m. in Gilchrist 009. This session will provide information on the University's process, procedure, and policies related to the Family Medical Leave Act. Please register in advance.
On Monday, September 19, staff from Pathways will give a presentation about the effects that tobacco usage can have on the body in Gilchrist 009. These presentations will also include health risks associated with tobacco usage, cost of tobacco products, and the resources that Quitline Iowa can provide. There will be a morning presentation at 9 a.m. and an afternoon session at 3 p.m. Please register in advance.
