My Well-being: Questions on Mental Health? "Ask the doctor!"

Human Resource Services will host a one hour question and answer session on mental health. Leslie Cohen, with NAMI, and Dr. Ann Rathe, a local psychiatrist, will provide some information on mental health support in our area, and discuss strategies for intervention. This presentation will take place on April 24 at 10 a.m. in the State College Room MAU. Please register in advance.

Susie Roberts, with Employee and Family Resources, will present on understanding components of food labels, identifying ways to make grocery shopping easier, and following current dietary guidelines to make better food choices. The Annual Employee Benefits and Well-being Fair, hosted by Human Resource Services, will take place on October 17. Visit over 50 vendors from campus, the Cedar Valley, and across the state from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Maucker Union Ballroom.
