Doctor on Demand - A Virtual Doctor Visit

To reduce traffic for healthcare facilities and to reduce you and family members exposure, use Doctor On Demand. Temporarily, due to COVID-19, the copay for utilizing Doctor on Demand will be waived for medical treatment. For Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations related to symptoms and treatment for COVID-19, visit the CDC web page.

Doctor On Demand also provides behavioral assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss by covering visits with a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.

Our UNI Health Insurance Plans Offer Mail Order Prescriptions

Both self-insured health insurance plans offer prescription mail service through CVS Pharmacy. Utilize this service to avoid having to go to a pharmacy.

Our self-insured health insurance plans will waive early refill limits on 30-day prescription maintenance medications (consistent with members’ benefit plans). The health insurance plans will also ensure formulary flexibility if there are medication shortages or other access issues. For those enrolled in a plan, they will not be liable for any additional charges if they receive a non-formulary medication as a result of a shortage of their current medication.

TIAA Financial Essentials Webinar: Market Volatility

TIAA is hosting a special webinar with Brian Nick, Nuveen Chief Investment Strategist. He will share his perspective on the current market volatility as a result of the coronavirus. This webinar is on Wednesday, March 25, 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. CST. Even if you are not currently contributing to a TIAA retirement plan, you can register and attend as a guest.
